Knowing NYK, they will play defense and score anything they want on 2nd half and win by 20 or be shit and lose by 25. They cant play the same level like this whole game.

Last time Knicks put up a poor showing like vs. SA was in Orlando, followed by that blow out loss at Indiana. Jeff needs to try something different if the Knicks start looking lifeless, maybe a Noah Kanter pairing. I also liked the Jack, Frank, Lee, KP, Noah lineup that got us back in the NO game.

Good first half. Typical no adjustment in the second half while the other team adjusts and just like that the game is out of reach. Shutting it off now.
No longer sick and tired that Kurt wasn't hired.

We severely lack offensive talent right now. Tim Hardaway needs to get in the court of we have any chance to win consistently and at best that means .500. But guys gotta understand .500 would be an epic overachiever for this team. This team was supposed to be drafting Ayton in 2018, now they're a .500 team.

I just feel that considering that won't get a broke team significant improvement in FA, the draft is our best chance to add an impact player in either the short or long term. Y'all got plenty of hope and patience for Frank whose shown little. But you don't feel that way about a top 5 pick in this draft? We need to tank the rest of this season, why are we wasting time?

But I was imagining a scenario where I might shut up about the whole thing. And I thought, if you could present me a trade where the player we're getting back is a rookie contract player with decent potential, whose giving present production. And it just so happens, I'm watching a guy like that in Oubre. Doesn't have to be Oubre but it's gotta be on that level of player. Then I can say I got someone just about as good as I'd expect my draft pick to be in 2 yrs, but I get him now.

I've sat out long enough. The knicks are absolutely clueless on a long term path to a championship. What I saw tonight was a damn joke. I can't wait to get to my comp tomorrow. Just turrrrrible

AGREED.

Plan A should be the '18 NBA Draft.

i`m really disapointed in Frank, not showing any improvements lately. Even worse, he is looking bad, his shots are just terrible sometimes.

I'm holding off until I see what the hell we do with Kanter.
All the other guys are scrubs.

KP,Hardaway and hopefully Frank are building blocks.

We need to get athletic and decide what exactly are Unicorns best suited for.

I don't get this strategy of playing Kanter early and then benching him at crunch time.

Disagree..

He got the flu..

Played good in the first half IMO.. He's trying to be more agressive but need to refine those offensive skills..

The kid's jumpshot seems to be getting better and he's slowly going to the basket more.. I think he needs to mature his body a lot..Next year should be much improved and agressive..

His problem is similar to KP's, both need to mature their bodies.. Not talking about just rushing a develope but letting it grow naturally with more time..

Patience is the key..

Exactly, I think what we do with Kanter decides our faith. I'm also not a fan of benching your starter when the game is on the line, tells me he is more suited for a bench role/six man. It also tells me he is a scrub like the other players mentioned.

I would trade Kanter for athletic small Forward or upgrade center.

This would cause us to lose games bc now we have to develop chemistry will inserting this player into the starting lineup; ensuring we keep our eyes on the prize, which is Doncic. Kanter is looking for stability and a pay day, he seems like he is pushing for a playoff appearance, which would benefit him the most.

The knicks need to make a decision with our center situation, cause we have 4. KP is a PF.

I also see a deal with Nuggets involving kanter and pieces, maybe get Wilson Chandler back, Mudiay to play 2nd string PG and start Frank, and throw in Juan Hernangomez so we can have two broothers on the team. But I would ultimately love Otto Porter Jr.
