We're back in the game.

But here's to hoping that our pick will be a late first rounder... :drunk:

Yeah, he looked great in the USA vs the World game when he almost had a Melo-esque ('12 Olympic's) type of shooting performance. That said, all the dudes in those games are usually talented players...

But you know me, I like the PG's. And De'Aaron Fox (not Fultz nor Smith Jr, although all of 'em will be legitimate stars at the next level) is my dude. As well as the new KD, Jonathan Isaac.

I knew this would happen more frequently. And I don't blame him nor any other future high school'er who decide to take this path to the NBA.

Get that bwead...

https://theringer.com/2017-nba-draft-po ... 858696aa5b good article on the great group of Point Guards entering the 2017 draft. Man one of these dudes with KP would be a great future for the franchise. Markelle Fultz is such a smooth player very skilled can shoot interested to see how athletic he is and Dennis Smith JR is a steve francis clone . Lonzo Ball could be another J Kidd tall PG great vision shoots like Kevin Martin.

PG is the most important position in the NBA. Really need to lock in on one. Either this team will be good or suck and get a great pick

OG Anunoby Is somebody to watch if knicks land in the playoffs and get a mid round pick. If he can improve his offense he is going to a be a force. Could be another Kawai Leonard

Did not expect an American to know of Kurucs. Another tall and skinny Latvian, though not as tall as KP. Kurucs is SF, 6.8.
Do you really think he could be picked?
http://www.draftexpress.com/nba-mock-draft/2017/ have him as #15 right now, though other mockup drafts don't feature him among the 60 at all.

I agree. Hoping we get a steal at the 29-30th pick of the 1st round.. 8-)

In all honesty, our pick would most likely be within the 15-25 range. It could also be a late lotto.

If there is no trade during the midseason, Knicks need to look for someone who can eventually replace Melo. A scoring SF.

I was eyeing some of the point guards. There are 3 in the top 6 on one site, should be in our range this year. Time to get a running mate for KP.

Glad the Knicks suck this season. Even if they manage to sneak into the 8th seed there will be talent available at 15.

just for fun....who in the top 10 would be the best pairing with KP?

Lonzo might be that guy..6'5 PG With great vision...hits the open 3 and sick handle.

Put those 2 in a pick and roll system and things would get interesting

Lonzo wouldn't be bad, this draft has a lot of different choices at the top . best pure passer in this class. His shooting is something to watch as he has a weird form.

De'Aaron Fox is another pg to watch, best defensive pg in the draft fast and can pass the rock. his shot is what im watching as well, but he impacts the game on both sides which is something the knicks need as well.

Josh Jackson is the best wing in the draft. he would provide great upside on offense and defense. A lot of ppl think he might go 1 so that might out of the question.

Markelle Fultz and Dennis Smith are other top tier Point Guards who make sense as well
