The 2017 NYKFP Mock Lottery Competition (Results are in)
Moderator: Irv
Once again let's continue a NYKFP tradition.
Credit goes to rtn393 for beginning this forum tradition.
So I welcome y'all to the twelfth annual NYKFP Mock Lottery Competition! Post your prediction of the lottery picks (1-14) using the template below. Up for grabs, as always, is the right to brag. Below the template is the scoring system. I will judge and then post the results at the end of the thread shortly after the draft results are in. The 2017 NBA Draft will be hold on Thursday, June 22.
Regulations: Copy/paste the below template into your message body and replace the question marks with the name of a draft entrant. The scoring system requires you to guess the spot at which the player is drafted, not which team the player ends up with. In short, do not factor trades into your mock. You will receive an extra 10 points for correctly predicting the player the Knicks draft. You will not be penalized for incorrectly predicting New York's selection.
1) Philadelphia - ???
2) LA Lakers - ???
3) Boston - ???

You may edit your selections (using the "Edit" button on the top right corner of your submitted post) until 7:00 PM EST on the night of the draft.

Thought I would post this thread early this year to get a good field of competition together. Still feel not worthy for holding last year's title with only three participants. On the bright side: the last time we had a lottery pick, H20Knick broke the all-time points record, so maybe we can return to such heights this year.

Changed the OP with the assumption that the Boston/Philly trade will materialize. Just a rule reminder: draft position and player is the deciding factor, not team and player. So if Philly trades for the number one pick and takes the player someone had projected to go to Philly at 3, he would get 12 points (2 points off, because the player got picked at 1 and not at 3) and not 14.
