Re: will there be a knick trade come thursday?(NBA DRAFT)

Sure, I've traveled back in time 6 months just so I can bet the farm on the Yankees, now that I know they're gonna win. You'll be happy to know, Erine went for it and the Wiz gave us #5, James, and Haywood for Jeffries, Duhon, and a future 1st rounder (which 1. doesn't have to be ours, and 2. doesn'...

Re: Knicks to sign Nichols?

So Isiah's still got some say ? might as well, he's the person who we traded our 2008 second rounder for. If he is productive, its a steal if Donnie put a team option in the final deal for the minimum. This pick we gave Portland ended up being #36. After Chalmbers at #34 and Jordan at #35, no one i...

Knicks to sign Nichols?

...from Frank Isola Knicks make roster addition March 4, 2009 Demetrius Nichols is expected to sign a 10-day contract with the Knicks on Thursday. Nichols, who was a late cut prior to last season with the Knicks, has spent the past two seasons with the Cavs, Bulls and the D-League. He worked out for...

Re: Zach trade is up to the Knicks

Do y'all realize how long it too Minnesota to get rid of Jaric???? He's Memphis' worse contract now. These were my 2 replys to the original blog in the Memphis edge to the writer: Chris September 5th, 2008 at 12:04 pm That’s a horrible deal. You can’t expect NY to dump Zach for Memphis’ worse contra...

Re: Lebron Max Salary Questions

Someone tell me I'm wrong, if I have read this incorrect. You are right, however what you're not seeing are the peripheral benefits to being in NY. He'd have a better potential to reach the Tiger/Beckham/Jordan plateau on an international scale if he played for a big market team. That's Boston, NY,...

Re: Billy King will make a great addition.

Ceewell, I know what your saying King is definitely a mixed bag, if we looked at all his transactions there are some ups and downs but I doubt he has too much power with Walsh in the front office. I would've preferred someone who hasn't had so many blemishes but it could be worse, his recent moves ...

Re: Billy King will make a great addition.

Billy King is a bonafide dumbass. 6er fans HATE him. Please no. This is the same cat that traded Iverson, and tried to for years. He's not as competent as yall project him to be, plus the 6er roster sucks, quite honestly. There is NOTHING King has done for Philly that would justify him as a good hir...

Randolph On The Block, Could End Up In Milwaukee

Written by John Canzano from The Oregonian "There is nothing we won't try, never heard the word impossible..." Posted by jcanzano January 10, 2008 00:53AM --- NBA source told me via telephone on Wednesday night that Zach Randolph is on the trading block, and that he's likely to end up in M...

Re: The Perfect Fix

..of course they'd deal Dalembert...he's waaaay overpaid.
They'll have a problem resigning AI2, so technically the valve would be AI2 for Curry and Nate, with us having the burden of assuming Dalmbert's contract to make the salaries match.

The Perfect Fix

If "saving face" is everyone's M.O., this helps everyone involved look better. "With the white flag in hand..." -Move Isiah to just Proxy for the rest of the season, -force him to interview and hire either Paul Silas, Jeff VanGundy, Rick Carlisle, or Mark Jackson. the choice is d...

but does anyone else here have seats? Nose bleeders or otherwise?
I'm in 408 and I swear one of y'all sit right next to me.

Re: Allan officially joining the Knicks, Jeffries to wear 1

...quick point on purging the roster, in regard to Alan's role... Now that Alan is sorta in the fold, what exactly does Malik Rose do for them that Houston can't? I argee with the need fo a "wise old vet" on the team, but 1. we don't need 2 of them, and 2. do we really need a spare, unders...

This was an INSANELY smart move by Zeke & Grunwald. I wonder if a promise was made and this lead to the reason Zeke refused to fill that 15th slot. Mabye Randolph signed way back during the season. He didn't go in the 1st round last year cause cats questioned his heart. Teams didn't want to wast...

who knows, people love to put our players in a box like David Lee, who most claimed would never be a star before even giving him a chance. Anyone who saw Mardy drop 26 pts on a very good Duke team knows the kid has game. He plays like a vet, yes his shot is horrible but at the same time he can scor...

Ellis reminds me of Marbury as a rookie at this moment. A little quicker, not yet as strong, and similar decision making ability of a 20 y/o Marbury. With THAT said, them 2 on a level playing field, (Crawford and Ellis as free agents, both willing to play for the mid-level exemption...) I'D TAKE CRA...
